  Terrible experience
I know covid 19 is here. But the staff are absolutely miserable? Can see why because the manager did nothing but complain about table bookings while we... read more were in here for food, miserable face on her, why bother working if you feel this way? She spent a full hour looking at a small screen with few bookings, god help her if she had to look at large spreadsheets, what is the need for the stress? Food is very expensive but while we sit here at an early booking and the place is empty we were made wait at entrance for ten minutes because we asked a simple question of asking to watch a match on a screen. Also, we booked this in advance awhile back so it’s not like we were a walk in. I was also fairly full but wanted to pick at remainder of my food (45min left in our booking) but got asked every couple mins was I finished with my plate? What’s the actual rush? I’m glad the “wet pubs” are open on Monday so we don’t have to deal with this ignorance and self entitled management...
Nothing to do with the food or drinks it’s the so called people managers running this place should be working in a morgue because their faces don’t match the hospitality vibe, totally exploiting the current situation, ripping people off and no hospitality here!!!
